Karuna
Year 2019
Karuna is pushing the boundaries of neuroscience.
We created a website for Karuna that foregrounds elements of vivid color, shape, and imagery in order to capture the transformative neuroscience that Karuna is using to treat mental illnesses. We contrasted dark purple against saturated pink gradients overlaid onto the images. The serif typeface used in the headers draw attention toward the importance of language in conveying Karuna’s message to push the boundaries of medicine.
