Karuna is on a mission to develop first-in-class therapeutics that have the potential to dramatically improve life for people living with schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, and pain, and their families. Karuna came to Orrbitt as a relatively new company with an IPO waiting around the corner. Their goal was to create a fresh, custom website to strengthen their brand while focusing on the story of mental illness.
Orrbitt created a unique website with liberal use of white space to allow the site design to breath. Special focus was placed on the Programs page knowing that investors and others would spend the majority of their time learning about Karuna's approach. Orrbitt designed a custom template for the investor relations and implemented NASDAQ's API for pulling press releases in to the corporate home page.
